ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During new product releases, pre-orders, sales events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Standard Shipping (United States)
Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days after shipment.
Expedited Shipping (if available)
Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days after shipment.
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Any item listed as a pre-order will include an estimated shipping timeframe within the product description.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items become available unless otherwise stated.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Young Legacy Collection is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Young Legacy Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim if applicable.
For packages damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping may be available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.
DELIVERY DELAYS
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, Young Legacy Collection cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
