RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Young Legacy Collection, we take pride in delivering quality products and providing excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
• Have original tags and packaging attached
• Include proof of purchase
Items returned that do not meet these requirements may be denied and returned to the customer.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
• Limited-edition releases
• Pre-order items
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
• Items marked “Final Sale”
EXCHANGES
We understand that sizing issues happen.
If you need a different size, exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the incorrect item was sent by Young Legacy Collection.
STORE CREDIT
Approved returns that meet all eligibility requirements may receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card redeemable on future purchases.
Store credit does not expire.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
• The wrong item was received
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The item was never delivered due to an error caused by Young Legacy Collection
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Young Legacy Collection.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• A description of the issue
Failure to report damages within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Young Legacy Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
