The Legacy of the Bay Blackout Snapback was created as a Young Legacy rendition paying respect to the history, tradition, and unmistakable identity of the Raiders organization.
The design begins with the iconic blackout aesthetic—an all-black crown and brim complemented by crisp white outlining throughout the embroidery. The tonal approach keeps the hat clean and understated while still capturing the toughness, edge, and attitude that inspired the piece.
Our signature YL logo anchors the front, embroidered in black with white outlining for a bold dimensional finish.
The side artwork carries even more meaning. A custom shield featuring the YL logo serves as Young Legacy’s interpretation of the strength, pride, and tradition associated with the shield. Above it sits a lit torch, paying respect to the ceremonial torch that is illuminated before Raiders home games—a symbol connected to the organization’s history and the legacy of Al Davis.
The 89 centerpiece brings Young Legacy’s own identity into the tribute, creating a design that respects the inspiration while telling our story.
